@oreganicbeef Aged Ribeye steak hits the right spot when you're having a terrible week. 😋 Trying to eat farmfresh doesn't mean you have to grow everything in your backyard, sometimes you get it from other farmers.

When they said chickens lay fewer eggs in the winter, BUT your girls are fed an omnivore diet, so they have enough nutrients to keep them coming...

#hydrakate by @katesomervilleskincare (#prgifted ) is keeping my skin hydrated through these cold winter days. Interestingly, I've never lived in a colder climate, but this winter is the first winter my skin isn't dry and peeling.

8 months ago, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It's been a very difficult journey, and I've spent the last few months filled with sadness, frustration, helplessness, and bitterness. It's why I have been away.
